Booking Terms & Conditions

 

1.  Introduction

​ Below are the terms and conditions of all coaching services supplied by Purple Transitions Limited. All coaching services are subject exclusively and strictly to these terms and conditions.

 

2.  Interpretation

In these terms and conditions:

  • "we" means Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited (and "us and "our" should be construed accordingly).

  • "you" means our client or prospective client under these terms and conditions (and "your" should be construed accordingly).

  • "booking" means a booking in respect of coaching services, which may be made by you under these terms and conditions; and

  • "force majeure event" means an event that is, or a series of related events that are, beyond our reasonable control.

3.  Booking Process 

  • No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this Section 3

 

  • Before you book a coaching session, we recommend that you contact Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited to book a free consultation to discuss your requirements.

​4.  Description of Coaching Services

  • All details, descriptions, and fees for the coaching services at Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited are correct at the time when the information was entered on the website. 

​

  • We reserve the right to withdraw a coaching service. We will from time to time change the description of the coaching service and change prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.

​

5.  Payment

  • No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the full payment has been received by Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited. Preparation work for the session will not start until payment has been received by Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited.

 

  • Payment can be made by using your PayPal account, either directly or through many credit or debit cards. Payments are processed through PayPal and subject to their validation checks.  We are not responsible for any delays or losses if the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment.

6.  Variation of Booking

  • If you would like to change your appointment in any way, you should contact us, 24 hours in advance of the coaching appointment to discuss your requested changes. We reserve the right to accept or reject any changes you may request.

​

  • In the unlikely event that we have to change the time and/or date of the coaching session we reserve the right to do so.  If we notify you of a change to a booking under this Section 6, you shall have a right to cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the price paid in respect of the booking

​

7.  Cancellation of Bookings By Us

  • In the unlikely event that Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited need to cancel your coaching booking, we reserve the right to do so.  In such circumstances you shall be given a full refund of the price paid but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation

8.  Cancellation of Bookings By You

You may cancel a coaching appointment under these terms and conditions:

  • at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the appointment, in which case you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the coaching session.

​​

  • In order to cancel a coaching appointment under this Section 8, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation by email or telephone by using the contract details specified in these terms and conditions.

​

9.  Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

​

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section 9 and elsewhere in these terms and conditions:

 

  • are subject to Section 9; and

  • govern all liabilities arising under these terms and conditions or relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in these terms and conditions.

 

  • Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited and our coaches will not be liable to you in respect of the outcome of your interview. The interview process is a subjective process and Purple Transitions Personal Growth Limited cannot guarantee the outcome of your interview when using our coaching services

  • We are not responsible for any results, job offers or lack of as a result of using our coaching services or following advice available on the website.

  • We will not be liable to you in respect of any indirect, consequential losses, including (without limitation) or any loss of income, goodwill or opportunities resulting from using our coaching services

​

  • We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.

 

10.  Variation

  • We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.

 

  • A revision of these terms and conditions will apply to contracts entered into at any time following the time of the revision but will not affect contracts made before the time of the revision.

11.  Assignment

  • You hereby agree that we may assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions providing that such action does not serve to reduce the guarantees benefiting you under these terms and conditions.

​

  • You may not without our prior written consent assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

​

12.  No waivers

  • No breach of any provision of a contract under these terms and conditions will be waived except with the express written consent of the party not in breach.

​

  • No waiver of any breach of any provision of a contract under these terms and conditions shall be construed as a further or continuing waiver of any other breach of that provision or any breach of any other provision of that contract.

​

13.  Severability

  • If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

​

  • If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

14.  Third Party Rights

  • A contract under these terms and conditions is for our benefit and your benefit and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.

​

  • The exercise of the parties' rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

 

​

15.  Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

 

  • Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
