  • When you send your CV or cover letter to us, please do not supply any sensitive or private information in these documents.  We do not require sensitive or private information for the purposes of interview skills coaching or a CV review. 

 

3.  Providing your personal data to others

  • Purpletransitionspersonalgrowth.co.uk is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.  Your personal data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, database and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure severs behind a firewall.

  • All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  • Financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers offered by Wix.com: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

  • In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data set out in this Section 3, we may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
